That means face to face treatments, individualized exercise programmes, in-app instructional videos, additional educational content, and check-in messages from your therapist to review your adherence and progress.

How long are appointments?
We treat patients across 40 minute appointment slots.
How much does it cost?
Appointments are €60 for physiotherapy appointments.
€45 for 30-minute Safe-Train sessions.
